Papa's Chili Sauce

Get through life strong with a homemade chili sauce.
Warning: it's addictive, and will no doubt quickly get strong legs to walk on.


5-6 long strong chillies salt
4-6 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of sugar
a dash of vinegar or two of salt

Course of action:
Stems and greens are removed from the rinsed chillies, but the seeds are preserved.
It all blends.
Add more oil if the sauce is too thick.
Bring to a boil and pour into scalded glasses.

It's a bad idea to get chili in your eye, so wash your hands thoroughly!
