Errors & deficiencies

Something is missing from my package, what do I do?

Of course we are incredibly sad! It can be very annoying and frustrating. All our birds are packed by hand so mistakes can happen. Send us an email and we will probably try to help.

In the cases where we have packed incorrectly, it will often be one of the small parts or a handle that is missing. Eyes can easily be made with a hole punch, and a handle can be cut from almost any paper. Some choose to hang the bird using sewing thread or string, which is attached with a bit of adhesive tape.

Shipment

How much does shipping cost?

We try to offer as attractive a shipping price as possible. The shipping price therefore varies and is dependent on the total weight of the order. Therefore, we cannot answer clearly what the shipping price will be until you reach the final step of the payment process. Of course, we will inform you of the shipping price and the total price before you pay.

How long will my shipment take?

We will ship your order as soon as possible.

Shipping with package usually takes 3 - 7 working days.

Shipping by Quickbrev letter usually takes 2-3 working days.

What is the status of my package?

You will be notified as soon as we send your package. You can then track and follow your parcel via the tracking tools at PostNord or DAO . Unfortunately, Quick Letters cannot be tracked.

What do I do if my package is delayed?

We endeavor to dispatch your order on the same day or the following day. If your order is delayed after shipping, it is due to problems with the postal service or the shipping company.

What do I do if my letter is late?

We give our customers the option to send their order with Quickbrev if the order is not very large. The delivery time is longer and you cannot track the shipment. Therefore, we ask you to arm yourself with a little extra patience. It often takes 5-10 days from the time the order is placed until you receive your letter, but in some cases it may take longer. If your letter has not arrived after 14 days, make a sound. We will then contact PostNord and see what we can do.

Psst... There can generally be longer delivery times, the closer we get to Christmas Eve - so order early if you want the order sent by letter.

Payment

How can I pay on the webshop?

Payment at Flettede Fugle can be made using the payment methods listed at the bottom of the page:

VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay.

Can I pay with MobilePay?

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to pay with MobilePay on our webshop. We hope to be able to offer it in the future.

Right of withdrawal and return

How long do I have the right to cancel?

You have a 14-day right of cancellation when shopping at Flettede Fugle. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be made by email. You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive your item, without notifying us at the same time.

For digital products (templates), you waive your normal 14-day right of withdrawal for remote purchases. After payment, you will receive direct links to download your digital products.

How do I return an order or item(s)?

Return of the goods is paid by the buyer. Packages sent on cash on delivery are not accepted. If you want to return an item, you must send an email to webshop@papirfamilien.dk , where you describe why you want to return and which items are involved.

Design and trademark protection

Is Flettede Fugle ® a trademark?

Yes it is. We have protected Braided Birds.

May I produce and sell your designs?

Here we can quote an old beloved children's song: "No, no, no, you mustn't do that - shame, shame, shame..."

Our designs are protected by copyright and if you come across any copycats out there, we would greatly appreciate hearing from you.

We cherish our family tradition and design, which in many cases goes back more than 60 years.
