100 g mustard seeds
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
6-12 tablespoons of water
6 tablespoons of oil
Possibly. 2 juniper berries or chilli
Course of action:
Finely blend the mustard seeds.
The rest is added.
Mustard is stirred with more water and oil if it is too firm. Chili can be added if it needs extra power.
Can be seasoned as needed.
Should ideally be kept in glass for a few weeks.
