Kaj's Swedish Baking Pan Pancake

Pancakes from beyond. If you can't bear to make air-inverted pancakes for the whole kindergarten, you can do the job in a roasting pan with this Swedish version. Yum!


Ingredients:

4 dl flour
8 dl milk
4 eggs
A little salt
4 large tablespoons of butter
1-2 tablespoons of sugar

Procedure:
Flour and milk are whipped.
Whisk in the rest.
The dough is poured thinly into a greased baking pan and baked for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees.
Served with jam (preferably blueberries or blackberries).
